We offer a range of services for children ages birth to five years old, with a special focus upon early childhood development.

Little Seeds Preschool
Ages 3 - 5
Located in Chautauqua County, our New York State licensed Preschool Program is designed to meet the diverse needs of all learners by offering both integrated classrooms and special class settings.

Special Education Programs
Ages 3 - 5
Our Special Education programs includes preschool evaluations, special education itinerant services, as well as both home-based and school based therapeutic services such as speech, occupational and physical therapy.

Early Intervention Program
Ages 0 - 3
We offer early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays, providing home-based and childcare-based instruction to strengthen early learning and development.

Get Started
If you’re concerned about your child’s development, follow the steps below to request a state-funded developmental evaluation.

Request a Developmental Evaluation
For children under 3, contact your county's Department of Health. For children ages 3 to 5, reach out to your local Committee on Preschool Special Education.

Receive a Comprehensive Assessment
Once referred, a team of specialists will assess your child’s strengths and needs to determine eligibility for services under New York State guidelines.

Develop an IFSP or IEP Plan
Children under 3 may be found eligible for an Individualized Family Service Plan. Children ages 3 to 5 may be found eligible for an Individualized Education Program.

Start Services and Support
If your child qualifies, services are provided at no direct cost to your family and are funded through federal, state, and local programs. These supports are tailored to your child’s needs.
